strive to bring you a variety of products at reasonable prices.
We are continually adding to our product selection. If
you have a suggestion, please email us as many of the products
are added from buyer suggestions. We know that when you shop
online that you want to be able to purchase multiple items from
one source and minimize the shipping charges. We believe we
accomplish this through a larger selection and by maintaining
shipping and handling charges at reasonable rates. Our
merchandise is shipped within the continental US, with combined shipping available, and shipped generally within 24 hours of cleared payment. We use quality shipping supplies to ensure that your items arrive safely to their destination.

Shipping and Order Information

Combined Shipping We do offer combined shipping. You will
have up to 7 days to shop and still combine shipping.

We generally will ship your item within 24 hours of receiving
a cleared payment. eCheck payments generally take 4 business
days to clear in the US . Generally, we ship Monday through
Friday (some Saturdays as well) excluding US holidays. There
are other days that we may not be able to ship for some reason.
You will receive an email once the item(s) have been shipped
that will include an electronic tracking number if shipped to
a US address. This tracking number is mostly used to show that
the package was delivered to the Post Office and that the package
arrived as opposed to being able to track it along the way.
All orders are processed in Illinois and shipped from Lincolnshire,
Illinois.

Insurance
Insurance is offered on US orders. Email us if you would like to add this.


USA SHIPMENTS

First Class Mail This service is offered on orders up to 12 ounces.

Delivery times should range from 2 to 3 business days. We include electronic delivery confirmation on each order at no extra charge. This service indicates the date and time of delivery but does not
show continuous progress as with UPS.

Priority Mail Prices start at $4.60 for orders 12 ounces and up. Electronic delivery confirmation is included with Priority Mail. This service indicated the date and time of delivery but does not show continuous progress. Delivery times range from 1 to 2 business days.

Express Mail If you need something express mail, please contact us to see if it is possible. We offer this on a very limited basis.

UPS Ground In many cases, we will offer you this option. UPS orders include $100 of insurance and offer better tracking than the 1st class service from the US Post Office and Priority Mail. We can only ship to a physical address as UPS cannot ship to a PO Box.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

We are currently not offering international shipments.

Payment Methods: Paypal, Google Checkout, We do not
accept personal checks.



Paypal - If you want to send a payment directly
through paypal, click on the send money tab once you have logged
into your account. For the email address, enter londer9@aol.com. If you have an order number, please enter this so we may match
your order once the payment is received. If you do not receive
a "We shipped your order notification" within 24 hours of a
cleared payment (Excluding Saturdays and Sundays) please contact us to make sure we received your payment. Orders paid through our checkout system will get processed first.

Customer Service and Other Policies

eMail We will make every effort to provide timely responses
to your email. While we have day hours posted, we do not have
someone watching emails come in all day long. If you feel that
we have been too slow to respond, please try to email us again
or try an alternate method as some emails do end up in spam
folders.

Lost Package - Seller is not responsible for a lost package.
If you have a concern, we recommend you get the insurance.

Return Policy - Ultimate Bargain would like you to be satisfied
with your purchase. However, we will accept returns, provided
they are authorized within 30 days from when the item was shipped. The item (s) must be in the same condition as they were sent to you. We will not be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will reimburse for the amount of the item(s) and not the shipping and / or insurance that was paid.

Email us and let us know what your intentions are and the reason
for the return. We will provide a return authorization to you.
If you put this on the package or a piece of paper inside the
envelope this will help us process the return faster.

Sales Tax: Illinois residents add 7.5% sales tax.
